Many people are asking why Samoa continues to have two Presidents heading its Land and Titles Court, one is a retiree under the Constitution, and another is the incumbent President again a Constitutional Appointee.

There is a Court challenge which has been continually delayed. Why?

Both Presidents are being paid and this is a very bad precedent set by the branch of Government which is responsible for Justice in Samoa.

Under this situation, what action should Government take to help resolve this unnecessary hick-up?

We cannot just sit and helplessly watch this branch of our Government struggling on its own, when it badly needs a solution that only the Government can provide.

Our Court holds a prayer service every year seeking Gods guidance in their Administration of Justice.

Perhaps the whole Country should now be called upon to pray urgently for our Courts not for one hour, but for a whole month.
