THE Faatuatua i le Atua Samoa ua Tasi installed Road Shows of 2021 which involved the visitations of all our political districts while Parliament was in its final session were a major factor contributing to Human Rights Protection Party’s fall, despite our winning by two seats.

The Courts decision on the subsequent election petitions delivered the final blow.

This time around, we have made sure that we too visit all the districts, speaking directly with the electors to expose the blatant misinformation spread by the leaders of the FAST Party.

As we wind down our campaigns, the response from the districts has been overwhelming in our favour.

The business community has expressed fear over the potentially devastating impact should FAST, under Laauli and his cohorts win the elections.

Our election platform is unmatched, and our people are far from naïve.

While the court cases and decisions remain pending, public sentiment continues to shift.

Laauli’s FAST meetings with the constituencies are drawing fewer and fewer attendees, with the man himself even reduced to tears of shame.

His loyal party cohorts proudly displayed their photos on two buses that were government owned and up to now, how Laauli’s family business came to possess them remains unclear.

The Minister of Finance, who is tasked with the custody of government assets, is strangely quiet.

Our message is simple.

FAST was given three years and a few months to run the country and they failed.

And should they be given another chance?

The answer, as the song goes, is “blowing in the wind”.
