…. a conflicting sight of an uncovered rubbish trailer drawn behind a car travelling along the Vaitele -uta way, probably up to the Tafaigata landfill to be dumped.
The only problem is the wind blew papers and other light items onto the road.
The sight of the trailer leaving a paper trail behind is sad when you are following from behind.
The simple solution is to have the top of the cage covered with a tarpaulin, net or something heavy to hold the load down. Simple enough unless the driver is in a hurry.
A pity that all the good intentions of dumping the rubbish properly is spoiled by having overlooked this simple chore.
Just a small detail. Worth a reminder.
