Cabinet has approved the reappointment of Fiso Dr. Fiamē Leo as Chief Executive Officer of the Scientific Research Organisation of Samoa [S.R.O.S.] for a further three-year term.
Fiso was first appointed Chief Executive Officer on 12 September 2023 and has served S.R.O.S. for 15years.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Mathematics from the University of the South Pacific in
Fiji and a Master of Science in Food and Animal Hygiene from Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine in Hokkaido, Japan.
Fiso is married and holds a chiefly title from Vaito’omuli, Palauli
