Hopefully, our neighbours in Tokelau are not made too insultingly self-conscious by PM Laauli making loud promises to build them a wharf and provide a boat for travel from Samoa.
Obviously the PM is trying to impress them with his brazen ‘am best leader there is’ politics.
Most likely, New Zealand as protectorate of Tokelau, is not overly excited too by the big talk.
