Busy traffic on Friday morning led to this unhappy sight at Lelata around 8.00am.
A police traffic officer was seen talking to, possibly the driver of the vehicle, to establish the cause.
Traffic around many of the Vaisigano River crossings has increased significantly in recent times on the east side of Apia.
Work on the Vaisigano Bridge diverted the stream of cars to the smaller bridge crossings further up river, resulting in long lines at peak hours in the morning and after work.
This small vehicle is going to require panel beating work for its mashed up front end to get back on the road.
