…. definitely not to be recommended. Child hangs out the window as the car bursts into speed in a race to beat the yellow traffic lights at a busy intersection.
After all the police public awareness road safety advice to parents or adults entrusted with the care of the children, why are we still seeing this?
Quite obviously, the driver’s attention is fully focused on beating the traffic lights. Difficult to see inside if this child is being held inside by an adult. Whoever that maybe the safety of the child is his/her responsibility.
Letting the child hang out the window as it is seen here is a huge safety risk. So many things could go wrong in this situation. The life of this child is unnecessarily placed in danger by an act of negligence by an irresponsible adult.
