Request for Tender – Design and Build of a new Toilet Facility with a Walkway and Security Hut at the Mulifanua Wharf

To all bidders,
1. The Samoa Ports Authority (SPA) is inviting qualified and experienced firms to submit bids for the provision of Design and Build services for the development of a Toilet Facility and Security Hut at Mulifanua Wharf, Upolu.
2. Interested contractors are invited to submit a bid in accordance with the Terms of Reference (TOR) and Tender Document as outlined by the Samoa Ports Authority.
3. The selection of a firm will follow the Competitive Bidding procedures outlined in the accompanying Bidding document, adhering to Treasury Instructions Part K Government Procurement June 2016.
4. A Pre-bid meeting will be conducted on 19 March 2024 as outlined in the Bid Data Sheet (“BDS”), Section II of this Bidding document.
5. All bids must include a Bid Securing Declaration, utilising the form provided in the bidding documents. Bids should be delivered to the specified address and in the manner indicated in the BDS no later than 11am on 1 April 2024.
6. Bids will be promptly opened thereafter in a public bid opening in the presence of the bidders and representatives. Late bids will be rejected.
