A tight schedule of leadership meetings inside and outside the Blue Pacific Island region, caught up with Prime Minister Fiame Naomi Mataafa at the weekend.
The Samoan leader was seen on a wheelchair after the meeting of island leaders with the US President Biden in Washington on her fourth meeting on the trot.
PM Fiame has been on the diplomacy trail for three weeks going on four, started with two separate meetings of regional leaders.
She also attended a session of the UN Assembly in New York before she joined up with Forum leaders in a meeting with the US President.
It is unclear the extent of health worries for the PM that led to the use of a wheelchair.
The problem maybe a recurring one that can be confirmed by a wheelchair ramp on the front side of her official residence at Matautu-tai.
