Former Prime Ministers Tuilaepa Sailele Malielegaoi and Tupuola Efi caught up with each other at the Marist Brothers Old Boys annual fundraising launching on Friday night.
Tupuola who became a ‘Tama Aiga’ or paramount chief when he was bestowed the Tupua Tamasese title also served two consecutive 5 year terms as Head of State.
The political big wigs may not agree on political ideologies but are united in the Marist Brothers spirit and the service commitment by members of the Catholic Order to education.
The fundraising is an annual event that brings together all who were schooled by the Marist Brothers to raise money to help with the development needs of the schools. (see other story)
