The Land and Titles Court Deputy President, Faimalomatumua Mathew Lemisio, has resigned from office.
No official reason has been made public yet but it is reportedly for personal family reasons.
Judge Faimalomatumua was sworn in about 4 months ago to the second highest position on the court bench.
His resignation ended a distinguished career of many years in the public service that included the top executive position of Electoral Commissioner.
