The Office of the Electoral Commissioner has released the preliminary results of the Gagaifomauga No.3 by-elections results with the win to Laauli Leuatea Schmidt.
The villages of Letui, Sasina and Fa’age’e voted overwhelmingly for La’auli with Fa’aulusau Simi Laulua winning his home village of Aopo.
There were 1445 official voters registered for the Constituency and only 932 cast ballots.
