Passersby along the main Tuanaimato Sports Complex Road came across this sad sight late this afternoon, of a Toyota pick-up truck stuck inside the road drainage.
The crash occurred at the three–corners adjacent the Sports Complex soccer grounds at the turn-in to the road going up to the new Gymnasium.
It is not known how the truck ended up inside the deep roadside drainage or if there were any injuries.
Truck owner/s could not be seen around the accident site but a tow truck or heavy machinery appears to be needed to have it removed.
