…..   in any other time and place this could easily be a heartbreaking scene.  To see a child sleeping on cardboards out in the open while the morning sun creeps into the tree shades, tugs heavily on the heartstrings.

What is this child doing here?   Where are the parents?

Slow down people. The parents are only 5 meters away running a small tuck shop outside the Mulinu’u Court House on the Lands and Titles side of the building.

The child fell tired so the parents improvised by laying out soft clean cardboards on the grass in the shade of the trees.

The sea breeze has a soft cooling touch under the tree shades so the parents lovingly set up the child to sleep in the fresh air all around.

They had to cover the child up to protect from the mossies and the flies while keeping a sharp watch and running their little busy business at the same time.  No worries folks. All taken care of.
