FAST Government woman MP To’omata Norah Leota has been ruled out of Parliament in a Court of Appeal decision handed down today.
The court ruling was on an appeal from the opposition Human Rights Protection Party against a Supreme Court ruling.
The Anoama’a No.2 MP was declared eligible by the Supreme Court for the seat left vacant by Falealupo woman MP Leota Tima Leavai, who resigned her seat.
To’omata was appointed Associate Minister of Customs and Revenue when she was in Parliament.
