Former Prime Minister and HRPP leader Tuilaepa Sailele Malielegaoi was admitted to TTM Hospital last night, Thursday for emergency attention.
He was reported to be running a fever with general body weakness on arrival but is in a stable condition.
He was admitted for general observation and rest.
The former leader has had an active work rate last year in the rebuilding of the HRPP headquarters and in the party’s watchdog role as new opposition to the FAST Government.
He is 76 years old.
