Health officials have confirmed 5 more new cases of the COVID 19 virus as of last Friday from follow up tests on passengers of the repatriation flight last Wednesday.
There are now 15 confirmed cases of the virus from the same flight that flew in 73 passengers from Brisbane, Australia.
Ten were tested positive shortly after the flight landed at Faleolo International Airport.
An 11 month old baby is the youngest of the infected group with a 64 year old the oldest.
All are isolated in quarantine at the TTM Hospital, Moto’otua.
