The Corporation has a new boss, Sautiamaivasa Funefeai Mr. Titimaea Tiotio, who took up the CEO reins left behind by his former boss Matautia Mrs. Rula Levi.
Sautiamaivasa joined the Corporation in 1999 and worked his way up the corporate ladder to become Assistant CEO in 2020.
He is a graduate of the National University of Samoa with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. His village roots are at Vaisala and Safotu in Savaii and Aleisa in Upolu.
The father of a family of 5 was selected out of 5 applicants for the 3-year contract job.
Former chief executive Matautia retired from the SHC as the longest serving head of the Corporation since 2005.
The Corporation was established in 1990 to improve housing and living conditions for families in Samoa.
