Prominent Member of Parliament, Lealailepule Rimoni Aiafi, made his final farewells at the passing of his father today, whose body was laid to rest at the Alafua family home.
Toi Tauolo Aiafi Lesatele was 86 years old when he passed away at home just over a week ago.
A large gathering of family members and friends attended his final services to pay their respects and to offer condolences to MP Lealailepule, his siblings and their families, at their loss.
Opposition leader, Tuilaepa Sailele Malielegaoi, led the turnout of MPs from both sides of the House, to offer their Parliamentary colleague sympathies and warm support.
The funeral service was held this morning at the EFKS Alafua church.
The late Toi Tauolo Aiafi Lesatele, final resting place is adjacent the family matriarch, Merenaite, who passed away a short while back.
