Family service last night for Matai’a Lynn Netzler inside the Ligaliga Funeral Parlour chapel.
Matai’a Lynn Netzler has passed away.
The woman behind the success of Lynn’s Supermarket, Moto’otua, died in her sleep yesterday afternoon, Wednesday 7 September 2022.
“We’re still in shock,” her son told the gathering at her family service last night at the Ligaliga Funeral Parlour chapel.
Her sudden passing would also leave virtually the country in shock and in mourning as well.
Matai’a or Lynn to everybody, with her quiet smile and down to earth personality, was a household name through her business success.
Lynn’s Supermarket expanded over the years from a small family shop into a bakery, butchery, gas station, restaurant and recently a tourism accommodation guest house.
The family is to finalise funeral arrangements with overseas family members expected to attend.
