NOTICE is hereby given that the voluntary winding up of Jumbo Win and Wellway commenced on 9 September 2025 and 4 September 2025 respectively and that Mr. Ho Kwok Leung Glen of 35th Floor, One Pacific Place, 88 Queensway, Hong Kong has been appointed as liquidator of the Companies.
Creditors of the abovenamed companies which are being wound up voluntarily are required on or before 5:30 p.m. on the 10th day of October 2025 to send particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of their solicitors, if any, to the undersigned and if so required by notice in writing from the liquidator, are to come in and prove their said debts or claims by themselves or their solicitors at such time and place as shall be specified in the notice or in default thereof they will be deemed to have waived all or any of such debts or claims and the liquidator shall be entitled seven days after the above date to distribute the funds available or any part thereof to the members of the Companies.
