…. unforgettable moment when this heavy roadworks monster literally squashed and squished all the illegal firearms collected from a police organised unlawful gun drive.
This was a while back and to a large extent it was a major relief for a lot of people.
Why anyone would want to keep an illegal semi-automatic rifle at home in Samoa is a mystery. A single shot rile is useful to put down the odd pig for a family ‘fa’alavelave’ so it’s basically acceptable.
You won’t need a semi-automatic rifle for that unless it is to fill up the pig with bullet lead?
There are others….only a small few who enjoy hunting for wild pigs or pigeons and it’s tolerable. So too are for official use in sporting events.
What is unacceptable are braggarts who boasts of having repeater riles at home as if to warn not to mess with them.
Just as well they’re not laid out next to their guns for this heavy machinery to run over. They’d all be messed up.
