….. managing to keep the COVID 19 pandemic out of the country now closer to a whole year, is one grateful reason to be happy and reassured with our health safety.
Another reason to feel good is what we are seeing here. Food is not a problem. Taro is a stable for our Samoan diet and as long as our stables are around it’s very unlikley anyone will go hungry.
So encouraging tosee the response to food security since the pandemic threatened all kinds of health risks and economic worries.
