These birds were brought in as part of a biological control plan to rid cattle of ticks. Have they done the job?
We haven’t heard any complaints from the cattle farmers or the MAF raising a fuss so give that a tick..no pun intended. Good birds.
But what are they doing at the seawall far from where the cows are?
This is where the imagination is stretched.
They can’t be discussing social distancing surely in bird tweeter. Nothing to do with the lawyers versus politicians constitutional debate?
How about the state of the bird economy? Nothing dramatic worth protesting about.
