The Trust Board of the Marist Brothers in Samoa (Inc) invites Expression of Interest (EOIs) for Land Development and Commercialisation from interested investors and businesses, to Lease/develop land at Lotopa, at present used by the Marist St. Joseph’s Sport Club.
This piece of freehold land is on Lot 1428 in Plan 5467 circa 20,310 square metres.
The property is approximately 2.5 kilometre away from Apia Town Centre, it provides an ideal location for commercial development.
Submissions must include the following:
- Company or investor/s background information.
- Proposed lease term with a commercial ground rent offer if intention to lease and develop.
- Proposed development concept, brief (no need to be detailed) as this is just the preliminary selection stage.
