Pre-polling voters turned up before 9.00am this morning around the country to cast their ballots that signaled the official start of the 2021 General Election.
A crowd of about 100 turned up at the Tuanaimato Sports Complex Gymnasium 2 when it opened where they waited outside to be called in.
Voters were called into the building according to Electoral Constituencies to vote except preferential treatment for the old folks.
The Tuanaimato Gym 2 polling booth is opened to voters mainly based in Apia and urban surroundings registered to pre-poll.
Polling booths were also opened at selected location in the villages for pre-poll voting in each electoral constituency.
Pre-polling continues up to Thursday from 9.00am in the morning to 4.00pm in the evening.
National polling day is next Friday when all voters head out to cast their ballots.
Just under 190,000-voters are officially registered to decide a new Government to rule Samoa over the next 5-year term.
