Relations between local CHOGM staff and the overseas volunteer support are apparently under some unfortunate strain.
The grumblings have strayed within hearing distance of eager public ears.
Lines are reportedly being crossed on both sides at who should really be in charge of running what they are assigned to.
Locals are overheard mumbling about the visitors throwing their weight around in a ‘we tell you what to do’ strutting mode.
The kickback response, however, to the bossy claims is reportedly ,”Oh really…let’s see about that.”
Hopefully the grumbling, is not going to gobble up the workflow into a sickly wobble.
Once CHOGM is underway the flow is supposed to be swift and smooth. How is that possible if team work is not at peace or in harmony?.
“….is it really ‘too ‘many cooks’ or too many bosses’ spoils the soup,’ dear?”
