Whatever the problem and if indeed there was one, the driver of this private vehicle has a lot of explaining to do.
To be surrounded by officers of the police mobile squad on the side of a busy road is not a very common sight and for the driver, probably not a very comforting experience.
But it does fire up the curiosity for many especially the rushing passers-by on the well travelled road
The squad of men and women officers were first seen riding on a long, weaving, line into Apia from Mulinu’u, when they came behind the parked car and pulled over.
The group bunched up around the car, with one of the officers talking through the window to the occupants inside.
What was discussed and where it went on from there is unclear but if there were any traffic rules broken, hopefully they were minor – for the drivers sake.
