Our Samoa Airways management was ‘on air’ when their twin-otter aircraft stared flying again.
What not! It’s been a long wait while the aircraft underwent repairs. It was even sent as far as Canada for some of the work.
Here’s the airline’s heartfelt write up on the aircraft’s return to service…..
“Fuelled by ambition and rooted in Samoan pride, the national carrier charges ahead growing stronger and serving with unmatched care, culture, and excellence. This isn’t just about reaching destinations—it’s about redefining what it means to fly Samoan.”
OK. Here’s a question to toss over. What’ll be a likely reaction from Stui to the gushy, lyrical, write up on an issue close to his heart?
“…..the man has pushing all along for our own aircraft on the money making NZ, Australia route yet nothing still… Oh Dear”
