When Stui talked about being slapped with a red rather than a yellow card, he’s talking rugby rules.
For those of us not familiar with the rules of rugby, a serious offence that’ll kick you out of the game is a red card.
The yellow sends you off for a few minutes to think about stumbling into anymore accidental wrong doing.
What Stui is saying is that his indefinite suspension with Lealailepule as a red card offence is abuse of rule.
A yellow card is still abuse but it’s a slap on the hand not a kick up the backside.
It is a blatant abuse of power as far as the pair is concerned and serious enough protest to the court.
While the legal course awaits, the two had a blast cooking luau/palusami the traditional way in the ‘umu.’
Muscle bound Leala was squeezing around for coconut milk while Stui was doing delicate work wrapping up the taro leaves into luau.
Not bad.
