To signal out this newspaper in a derogatory manner could easily be a painful ‘ouch moment’. Surprisingly enough, it is really a ‘thank you for the compliment’ gesture to Newsline .
The critical write-ups in the newspaper must have touched a sensitive nerve in the Deputy PM to make him lose his cool. A pity it showed a chink in his qualities as a leader rather than strength.
In any case, to do what he did in the public eye, as leader of political note, is an unexpected recognition boost for Newsline. Thank you kindly.
