So now we have threats made on the lives of the deputy PM and the MAF Minister.
Oh my gosh! What heinous act did they do?
Can’t think off hand of any the dPM did.
He was taken to court for selling a palagi man’s excavator and forced to cope with unwanted legal headaches.
For a person in his position, being brought before the court is embarrassing enough, the publicity serves as punishment.
But why would anyone want to harm him further for something like that?
It’ll take something more serious like maybe driving the excavator and killing an innocent person, for someone to even consider taking him out in revenge.
For the MAF Minister, why would anyone want to harm a person who promised to dish away millions of tala to the villages?
Ok so it’s been three years and the waiting continues for the first million.
The promise was for a million tala each year, yet only a few hundred thousand tala have reached the villages so far.
What happened?
Promises are promises. If so what if promises were not kept.
Is that really enough to get killed over?
The Minister reportedly loves to ‘spin a lot of tall tales’ to mislead people, but c’mon!
He’s a politician.
Lets look at the facts. Life threats when it’s in politics usually targets the leader – Prime Minister.
Several people are serving prison sentences now after making life threats on former PM Papa Stui.
So why would death threats be made on these two and not on PM Fiame?
Maybe Fiame, for safety’s sake, should seriously consider removing these distinguished gentlemen from Cabinet immediatedly. ASAP. Move it.
Which is more important, keeping them on in Cabinet or saving their lives”
“……the PM can always hire special bodyguards for them, dear
