Lawnmower mechanic on Saturday morning had his radio loud playing music while he was working.

Obviously a habit he has picked up and enjoyed as he takes apart or put together bits and pieces of the lawnmowers.

The music was suddenly replaced by the leader of the FAST party talking about the many bad things the HRPP Government was deliberately doing to make life miserable for him.

Once a former leader of the HRPP before he stormed out after a spanking in Parliament,  he pleaded for the sympathies of the listeners and more importantly voters.

The working lawnmower mechanic abruptly stopped his work and looked up.

He was like a person who had just woken up from a nightmare and was checking to see where he was.

He shook his head with a look of disgust on his face and then reached over and switch off to another channel until he heard music.

“Why did you do that,” one of his customers asked?

“This is my music channel these guys are using for their stupid politics,” the angry mechanic grumbled.

On dear!  Take note you election sweet talkers!  Watch the timing.  Politics is not really sweet music to all ears.

There’s an old but huge hit song by the Bee Gees that should be a lesson to all these loud, imposing, election campaign drumbeaters.

 ‘Silence Is Golden.’

“…..do be quiet please, dear”
