Other than the pro-Trump Fox News, the rest of the American media and commentators are all counting the days when Trump leaves.
But the president is not giving up on claims that he won the presidential elections.
His lawyers and supporters having been in and out of the courts trying to overturn the election win to President-elect Joe Biden.
Trump is yet to win in court and doesn’t look like he will from what the American media is saying . The man doesn’t care though.
It doesn’t bother him also that he’s the butt of so many jokes in the land and home he claims to be corrupt and where the democratic process is rigged.
Funnily enough we’re hardly hearing any smart comments from Russia’s President Putin. It’s as if he’s sitting back relaxed, trying not to laugh out too loud it’ll to startle away Trump from doing an excellent smear job on the proud Americans and their democracy.
It’s like Trump is deliberately doing as much damage to the image and the unity of the Americans before he leaves office…if he does.
Some American observers are saying he’s going to barricade himself in the White House.

** Australia COVID vaccine caused false HIV tests. This was the eye-catching heading of a news item the international media put out this week.
The items reported that Australia cancelled the production of a domestic coronavirus vaccine after trials showed that it could lead to false positive tests for HIV.
The University of Queensland and a biotech firm, CSL — reported that the vaccine they worked on did show a robust response to combating COVID-19 in a Phase 1 trial, but finding a fix to the HIV problem could take another year of research.
The vaccine was one of four candidates contracted by the Australian government. CSL and the Australian government had together decided to stop Phase 2 and Phase 3 trials.
The government has instead secured additional doses of rival vaccines, such as Novavax.
