Straight out of prison for rape convictions where he spent 15 years to Samoa! How about that!
Surely that cannot be a friendly act sending a hardened criminal to a life where he’ll be lost in a complicated culture he knows nothing of.
What does this person know about living in Samoa if he only lived here for the first 4 years of his life?
