Get a Government license plate and move on. Well, that’s what Stui reckons!

If the Minister of Works wants the stink to blow away over that fancy V8 pickup truck stuck to his name, the suggested way to go is to screw in a Govt. plate.

It’ll unlikely to be the end of the story but at least the integrity of Minister’s word is restored – after a while.

Saying that there is a shortage of Govt. license plate is lame and will keep the story bubbling along.

Donor partners are watching with critical eyes as they always do.   Those folks will simply yank their aid if they catch any whiff of abuse of their taxpayers assistance.

When that happens the good governance image Stui built for Samoa over the years, slip back to being a ‘banana republic’ where ‘everything must go’.

A lot of good that will do! We don’t need the humiliation, thank you.

The next time anyone talks about good governance, toss him/her over the Vaisigano bridge for a cold swim.

With all the trouble this silly car has done we may as well drown the darn thing at the Vaisigano River as well – with the permission of course of our MNRE folks.

Turn it around. Donate it to the old folks home for joy rides around Apia

“….., and have a nun drive it around, dear
