The Head of State has dissolved Parliament and up next is general elections – that’s official.
But what about the whispers of an ambitious group of politicians working to change that?
The hush hush talk is of a signed petition letter to the Head of State to reverse the official declaration and return to where it was before.
Phone calls by these petition organisers are going out to MPs to sign up.
If His Highness agrees to such a petition it’ll restore the salaries payout for MPs right up to the end of the term.
This appears to be the main carrot organisers are dangling to get the MPs to sign.
So it’s MPs salaries for a failed Government versus the urgent need to restore order and stability, peace and harmony for the people.
