OK so our men and women rugby league heroes went down to the Kiwis on Sunday.
Interesting…. our teams did not have the winning numbers on the score board, but it didn’t stop the triumphant swing mood in our home fans.
Even before kick off, the local response of horn tooting and flag flying cars, racing along central Apia, left a few onlookers dazed.
Was this Sunday or Saturday? Sunday is God’s Day so what’s with all the racket or is it Saturday?
The joyful mood that swept across Apia would have surely given our Lord a forgiving smile for our sinful trespasses on His Day.
Thank You Lord!
A welcoming thought worth adding to our celebration mood was the welcome distraction it had from the stink of our still unflushed political dump.
