More than 70 parents are spared back to school expenses for children awarded scholarships at the start of this 2022 school year by the Bank South Pacific, BSP.
Bank Manager Taituuga Maryann Lameko-Vaai handed out the awards to the young recipients with their parents today, Wednesday 17 February 2022.
The after work presentation at the bank headquarters in Apia drew a large crowd of selected students at the Primary up to the Secondary school levels from around the country.
“We are providing an opportunity and helping educate future leaders of Samoa,” a BSP statement explained.
“The Scholarship Program is aligned with our Core Value –Community. We respect, value and support communities in which we operate.”
