Hopefully the running of the COVID mass vaccination on a working day last Friday had nothing to do with by-elections coming up this week.
Still it’s hard to fault all the murmurings about the ruling party running a roadshow campaign at one of the villages on the same day when people should have been encouraged to vaccinate not vote for a political party.
How can anyone be blamed for suspecting the Govt. of putting politics before the health of the people if they were out distracting people from getting vaccinated ?
FAST has to win at least one or two seats in the by-elections or it’s going to be a very short-lived rule for them.
It is a must win situation and it’s as simple as that …from a political perspective of course.
